• The Case Manager will be able to distinguish between mild cognitive impairments, dementia, depression, and delirium
• The Case manager will be able to describe the progression of dementia and identify resources available to assist the person with dementia and their family at each stagem
• The Case Manager will be able to list early signs and symptoms of dementia
