  • Explain the clinical benefits of endoscopic spine surgery, including reduced surgical site infections, decreased morbidity, and preservation of posterior spinal structures.
  • Identify potential complications associated with endoscopic spine surgery and discuss strategies to minimize risk, including considerations related to the learning curve.
  • Compare endoscopic spine surgery with traditional open and minimally invasive techniques in terms of patient outcomes, recovery time, and resource utilization.
  • Evaluate the operational and financial considerations of implementing an endoscopic spine surgery program, including capital investment, efficiency, and overall value to patients and healthcare systems.
